Martin Vavrek

Martin has been managing large and dispersed teams in global telecommunications for 16 years. He is widely recognised as a specialist in multiple areas, including cost reduction/avoidance and process development.

Martin joined AT&T Slovakia and played a significant role as this location became central to AT&T processes. He created the Global Disconnection Team and many of his processes became the global standard for the company.

This trend continued in subsequent promotions, and Martin’s responsibility for service delivery grew to all EMEA and CALA operations. His talent for automation and efficiency, creating new platforms, integration of processes and cost efficiency led to AT&T saving over $12m annually.

In 2019 Martin joined Cambridge Management Consulting as a partner as well as joining The Carrier Club as the Head of Systems Development.

Martin lives with his family in Bratislava, Slovakia. He is a former professional at volleyball. Martin also actively supports a number of volunteering organisations in Slovakia.
